Bootcamp starts! Everyone can do this workout! It will start very basic and build a little each week~ You will enjoy a challenge but I promise you will not be overwhelmed by the workout!
We will meet every Monday and Thursday morning
5:45am to about 6:30am for six weeks.
Aug. 19th- Sept 26th~
Minimum is 4 clients and Max is 10~!
