Meet Danielle McKenzie.
Fitness has always been very important to me. As a collegiate softball player, I was dedicated to fitness since a young age. After college, I lived and breathed endurance running. In 2011, I found myself wanting to be a more well-rounded athlete so I started doing CrossFit.
Strength and HIIT training has since changed my life and created a new passion that I never even would have considered before. And, I love sharing that passion with others!
