HOW WE GOT STARTED:Stacey started her fitness training in Spearfish at Downtown Gym the spring of 2013, learning all she could before she ventured out on her own. New Heart Fitness was actually born in “Neuharth’s” garage with 2 clients (the neighbors). Then, in November of 2014 it was time to move to town and expand with new equipment and new options for the people of Belle Fourche. This small personal training studio served well for strictly personal training and small group fitness. Exactly three years later another expansion to our current location came with more new equipment, larger space, improved bathroom and shower facilities, gym memberships available and new trainers joined the team.
After teaching special education for 13 years Stacey decided to pursue her other “teaching” passion by moving the setting of her classroom to the gym. It is Stacey’s passion to help people of all ages and abilities meet their heath and fitness goals while making fitness fun! 5 years of personal training experience has advanced her coaching in the areas of weight loss, muscle gain, cardiovascular health, strength, mobility, flexibility and overall health.
